I'm a psychologist, coach, and mediator.
In my practice, whether it's in psychology, coaching, or mediation, I trust you have a good sense of what's best for you and where you want to go. But we all encounter moments of being stuck—whether it's due to an important life decision, a lingering conflict or an old issue that doesn’t fade. Standing still, zooming out and reflecting together can help you move forward. Getting unstuck and back into motion is a natural process that unfolds by itself when there is space to hear or be heard.
International & Flexible
I work internationally, consulting in Dutch, English, and French.
I mostly work online, but you are also welcome in Grenoble, France. I work four days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), with evening availability on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Introduction & Rates
Trust, openness, and connection are essential. The first 60-min meeting is without charge, allowing us to meet, become acquainted, and discuss expectations, session frequency, and duration. As my fees vary, I’ll also share information about my rates.
Coaching & Psychology
While coaching focuses more on future-oriented actions, therapy/counseling focuses more on the interplay between the past and present. Your preference for one over the other may vary depending on your current life circumstances. I am experienced in working with neurodiversity and social discomfort, as well as navigating important life decisions and cultural differences.

Mediation
Thanks to my background in law, you can turn to me in various situations, including workplace tensions, contractual disagreements (all sizes, all industries), and interpersonal conflicts. Although mediation shares some similarities with coaching and psychology, it constitutes a unique and separate approach. So, for more information about conflict resolution through mediation, see here.
